Termination

These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Swing Studio Online, LLC site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at Swing Studio Online, LLC’s sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Swing Studio Online, LLC site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Accept as expressley stated here-in, this agreement supersedes, merges, and replaces all prior offers, representations, warranties, and agreements and may not be modified or amended accept in a writing, signed by you the user and Swing Studio Online, LLC. This agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the predecessors, successors, affiliates and assigns of you the user and Swing Studio Online, LLC. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Swing Studio Online, LLC.
